  • Process your uploaded images using AI (see Section 2A below)
  • Personalize your experience with your AI companion
  • Send you technical notices and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments and questions

2A. AI Processing of Your Content

The core functionality of Fryri requires automated AI processing of your uploaded content. By creating an account and accepting this Privacy Policy, you explicitly consent to the following AI processing activities:

What we process:

  • Image analysis: Your uploaded images are processed by AI vision models to extract visual features, identify patterns, and understand the content and context of your photos
  • Pattern recognition: AI identifies recurring themes, subjects, and visual patterns across your uploaded images to build a personalized understanding of your interests and experiences
  • Personalization: The extracted visual data is used to personalize your AI companion's responses and make conversations relevant to your life
  • Chat processing: Your conversations with the AI companion are processed by language models to generate responses. Chat messages may be sent to third-party AI providers (see Section 4)

How processing works:

  • Images are analyzed by on-platform AI vision models that extract visual features and metadata
  • Extracted features are stored in our database and associated with your account
  • Chat messages and related context may be sent to third-party AI language model providers to generate responses
  • Processing happens automatically when you upload images or send chat messages

Your rights:

  • You can delete individual images and their associated AI-processed data at any time
  • You can delete your account to remove all your data from our systems
  • AI processing is essential to the Service — if you do not consent to AI processing, you should not use the Service

By accepting this Privacy Policy during registration, you provide explicit, informed consent to all AI processing activities described in this section. This consent is required to use the Service. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and secure password storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

Chat features may use external AI services. When you use chat, your messages and related data may be processed by third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for how these providers handle your data. You use chat features at your own discretion.

Third-party providers may include services such as OpenRouter, Groq, Google Gemini, or others. Each provider has their own privacy policy.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your information when required by law.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser storage to keep you logged in and save your preferences. You can clear this data through your browser settings, but doing so will log you out.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for adults 18 years and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes. We may retain certain information even after you close your account if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to any country in which we operate.

10. Analytics and Advertising

By using the Service, you grant us full permission and consent to use analytics services to understand how the Service is used. Third-party ad networks may collect information about your activity on the Service and other websites.

11. Do Not Track Signals

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers. We may allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY BREACH OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR ANY INFORMATION STORED THEREIN. NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IMPORTANT: This Service is not equipped to handle mental health crises or emergencies. We are not liable for any harm, injury, or death resulting from your use of the Service.
